 The cluster frame can be used. It does not work as a 'frame' within the parameters of the program but it can be used. If you check the scrapbook page I did using the frame you can see how to use it. Basically you add the frame and then create the photo 'layout' spots for each of the frame openings. Move them to the back and your frame will be on top.

 the cluster frame does nor work which is very frustrating - why put a frame in thats not a frame?
