 Thank you for your kind words. Pages 12 and 13 were originally 1 large file, which I cropped into two pages. They really do line up in real life, but you must remember that there is about 1/4-1/2" all around a page that is "lost" in printing and binding. I'm fine with the way it looks because I understand what happens when the books are made.
As for pages 14-15, I used a template by Lynn Grieveson from designerdigitals.com. The torn paper effect was part of the template.

 The design on page 14&15 is awesome! How do you create the tearing paper look?

Did you post page 12&13 using one single photo? I am wondering why the two pages don't line up properly.

 Thank you. Page 21 is indeed supposed to be blank. Page 20 was the last page. :)
