I make at least one of these books per year because they make such fantastic gifts for family members. I looked at many different companies before I chose Artscow, and I could not be more pleased with my choice.

The pages are thick and sturdy, so I don't have to worry about my toddler wrinkling or tearing a page when we thumb through it together. The binding is tight but still allows the book to open fully.

I have never received damaged merchandise from Artscow, though I have ordered a lot and the postal service is clearly not always gentle with the package. The packaging is very sturdy without being excessive.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who likes to create photo gifts.

I ordered a 20 page photo book, and it grew to an 80 page book. I have looked around to compare, and the quality of Artscow hard cover books is unbeatable. The pages are thick and can handle a toddler flipping often through the book without tearing or wrinkling. The cover is heavy and gorgeous, and the binding is sewn, so it really lasts. I have created at least one book a year for the last four years. They make perfect gifts.
If you order at the holidays, shipping takes a little longer, but they offer a countdown calendar that allows you to order in time for Christmas. During the off-season, I have found shipping to be incredibly fast. Packaging is sturdy. I have never received damaged merchandise from Artscow, even when the postal service has clearly been rough on the package.

I have now created quite a number of 12 x 12 photo books. I think this size is the best value for money. Plenty of space for photos. The final product is of a very high quality, both in picture quality and the makeup of the book which is strong and robust. I have a couple of suggestions however to improve the service. No matter whether you select the 20 page book, 30 page book or greater, you can add individual pages at an extra cost. Unfortunately you can only do this for a couple of pages before it jumps up to the next multiple of 10. For example, if you choose a 20 page book, you can add and pay for a couple more pages but then it jumps straight to 30 pages. In effect, you cannot have a book of 23 up to 29 pages. Too bad if you only have photos to fill 25 pages. The other more minor issue is an inability to put a photo across a whole page as a watermark. This would be a useful facility. All in all a great product at a reasonable price.
